Built as a structured alternative to reacting on instinct, this template walks any claim through four stages, gather, question, evaluate, and conclude, so a conclusion only gets reached after real scrutiny. Each stage comes with its own key question and a short list of prompts, plus a reference card of common biases that tend to derail clear thinking. It works well for workshops, team retrospectives, or anytime a group needs a shared process for examining a claim before agreeing on it.
