A framework to identify and prioritize stakeholders by influence and interest, mapped across four quadrants: Key Player (high/high), Meet Their Needs (high/low), Show Consideration (low/high), and Least Important (low/low). Supports focused communication and better project outcomes.

Who Can Use It

Project, product, and program managers, team leads, change managers, business analysts, consultants, and executive sponsors. Ideal for project planning, product launches, change initiatives, and workshops.

How to Use It

  1. Define the project or initiative.

  2. Identify all relevant stakeholders.

  3. Assess each stakeholder's influence and interest.

  4. Plot each into the appropriate quadrant.

  5. Define engagement actions per stakeholder.

  6. Review and update as the project evolves.
