Report

This template is a '90 day plan' presentation for Product Managers and Heads of Product starting a position at a new company to quickly align with their teams.

The template breaks down the first 90 days into 30 day chunks with clear actions and deliverables at the end of each month.

As a visual representation, everyone can quickly see and agree on outcomes to be delivered at the end of each month and the activities required to be undertaken to achieve that outcome.
