Herospective (Hero Retrospective)

HEROSPECTIVE, known as Hero Retrospective, is a retrospective format that focuses on the skills of each team member. In this template, team members will be asked to inspect their reflection skills and villains or individuals who can destroy the team or sprint so that the team can create a strategy (action item) to defeat the villains.

Ice Breaker

INTRO

Fill the Tube

In this step, each team member writes down the energy that was felt in the previous sprint. The "energy" can be a feeling, a good thing, a bad thing, something new, etc.

Try elaborating some of the energies that have been written.

Main Scenario

• SUPEEEERR Power!

What is the name of the skill or power you have to make this team AWESOME or the Sprint AWESOME?

• Villains Are Coming

What are the supervillains in the team, team members, or sprint that could potentially destroy the team or sprint?

• We Need Anti-Hero

Describe the anti-hero needed to defeat the supervillains. The anti-hero can be a new tool, new skill, or action item.

• The Strategy

How do you recruit or hire (to achieve the "We Need Anti-Hero" step) the anti-hero?

• Voting

Vote using the "power vote" for each anti-hero and strategy which will be prioritized.

The End

Rate the retrospective using sticky notes by writing the team member's name.
