This is a lightweight workshop that shall run for 3 hours with a team that has a request to learn and discover conflict management styles topic. The content part is mainly inspired by Thomas Killman Conflict Management Style Model.

The workshop is designed in a way that it has a lot of merge and diverge in facilitation and group dynamics. So please do make sure that the team has freedom of discussion, owning their own results and fun of doing it together along the way!
