A futurespective is a team activity where participants envision what the future might hold, often in relation to upcoming initiatives or projects. 

It's a proactive approach to planning and goal-setting, focusing on identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and creating actionable steps to achieve desired outcomes. 

The 'Catapult to Nirvana' encourages a team to define their future nirvana state then work backwards to outline how they might get there. The goal is written as a 'How might we' question to enable a problem-solving mindset.

Unlike a retrospective, which looks back at past events, a futurespective encourages teams to look forward and anticipate potential challenges and opportunities to drive decision making.
