Backcasting Method Template

Backcasting methods make it possible to plan back to the present time based on a picture of the future. In this method, which is by nature quite strategic, teams can work out a common picture from individual images of the future and reveal the most important positive and negative drivers.

The method is ideal, for example, for teams or projects that are at the beginning of a strategy process and want to create a common picture of the future.
