AI as a Product Program A productized engagement for leadership teams ready to move from vision to execution. We run a Launch Sprint to establish your AI vision, OKRs, and roadmap — then support ongoing monthly sprint facilitation and OKR reviews to keep momentum. Miro is our shared workspace throughout, making strategy visible, collaborative, and alive.
Journey Mapping Workshops Facilitated journey mapping sessions for the public and for teams upon request. Whether you're mapping a customer experience, an employee journey, or a future-state vision, these workshops combine visual facilitation expertise with a proven methodology that gets teams aligned fast. Public workshops run regularly — team sessions available on request.

Every program I run lives in Miro. The Unlearn & Reimagine School uses Miro as the collaborative workspace for all five group workshop sessions, from current-state journey mapping through future-state visioning. The AI as a Product Program uses Miro to make strategy tangible — OKRs, roadmaps, and sprint reviews all happen on the board, so teams can see, shape, and own the work together.
Journey mapping is at the heart of what I do, and Miro is where that art comes to life. There's something that happens when a leadership team sees their customer or employee journey laid out visually — alignment that used to take months happens in a session.
