What is an Agenda?

Our everyday lives are busier than ever. When you’re juggling it all, it can be easy to forget to create meeting agendas. And when you do forget, meetings often feel disorganized and you run the risk of leaving without accomplishing what you wanted.

An agenda doesn’t have to be boring. That’s why we created this template to make it visual, fun, and interactive.

Create your own Agenda

Making your own agenda is easy. Miro’s whiteboard tool is the perfect canvas to create and share it. Get started by selecting the Agenda Template, then take the following steps to make one of your own.

  1. Add the basic details of the meeting:

  2. Add the date and goals at the top of your agenda.

  3. Define priorities and tasks.

  4. If you know what your priorities are, jot them down.

  5. Collaborate in real-time

  6. During your meeting, you can invite participants to the board and have them add any priorities, tasks, or notes you didn’t think of. Discuss any new items during the meeting.

  7. Customize your agenda.

  8. Using the template, you can dress up your agenda in graphics, colors, fonts, and images. Don’t be afraid to get creative! Filling out an agenda doesn’t have to be a chore. By making something fun and personal, you can make planning a cinch.

Cross Functional Flowchart Template

Have a quick look at everyone on a project and see exactly what they’ll contribute. That’s the clarity and transparency a cross-functional flowchart will give you. These are also called “swim lane” flowcharts because each person (each customer, client, or representative from a specific function) is assigned a lane—a clear line—that will help you visualize their roles at each stage of the project. This template will empower you to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and make meaningful cross-functional relationships.

Gantt Chart Template

Simplicity, clarity, and power — that’s what make Gantt charts such a popular choice for organizing and displaying a project plan. Built upon a horizontal bar that represents the project progress over time, these charts break down projects by task, allowing the whole team to see the task status, who it’s assigned to, and how long it will take to complete. Gantt charts are also easily shareable among team members and stakeholders, making them great tools for collaboration.
