デザイン思考基礎活動は、チームが問題をフレーム化し、解決策を開発するのに役立ちます。まず、参加者はテンプレートの4つの枠に、識別したさまざまな潜在的問題を記入します（10分）。次に、これらの問題に基づいて「どのようにすれば（HMW）」の質問を作成し、可能な解決策を探ります（10分）。最後に、チームは最も魅力的なHMWの質問に投票し、その質問に集中して取り組みます（5分）。この構造化されたアプローチは、創造的問題解決とコラボレーションを促進します。
