Workshop Planner
The workshop planner contains two sections to help you create dynamic and effective workshops.
Workshop planner
Section A: the first section has three steps to support you and other facilitators to think about the workshop's details, activities, and facilitation strategies.
Section B: the second section has a template for you to organise the ideas generated in section A and visualise the workshop's final plan.
This planner can be used for small or large workshops. You can use it to quickly build a shared vision with your team and create an engaging experience for participants!

Sitemap Template
Works best for:
Mapping, Software Development, Diagrams
Building a website is a complex task. Numerous stakeholders come together to create pages, write content, design elements, and build a website architecture that serves a target audience. A sitemap is an effective tool for simplifying the website design process. It allows you to take stock of the content and design elements you plan to include on your site. By visualizing your site, you can structure and build each component in a way that makes sense for your audience.
Idea Funnel Backlog
Works best for:
Design, Brainstorming, Agile Workflows
An Idea Funnel Backlog enables you to visualize your backlog and restrict the number of backlogged items at the top. In doing sos, you can prioritize items on your list without having to engage in unnecessary meetings or create too much operational overhead. To use the Idea Funnel Backlog, break up the funnel into different phases or treat it like a roadmap. Use the Idea Funnel Backlog as a hybrid model that combines your roadmap and backlog into one easily digestible format.
Startup Canvas Template
Works best for:
Leadership, Documentation, Strategic Planning
A Startup Canvas helps founders express and map out a new business idea in a less formal format than a traditional business plan. Startup Canvases are a useful visual map for founders who want to judge their new business idea’s strengths and weaknesses. This Canvas can be used as a framework to quickly articulate your business idea’s value proposition, problem, solution, market, team, marketing channels, customer segment, external risks, and Key Performance Indicators. By articulating factors like success, viability, vision, and value to the customer, founders can make a concise case for why a new product or service should exist and get funded.
