このテンプレートは、最初の90日間の出来事を視覚化し、異なるフォーカス領域ごとにスイムレーンで分けて表示します（どんな仕事でも1つだけに集中することはありません！）。日々のノイズに埋もれず、価値にフォーカスし続けられるようにします。最初の90日が終わったら、次の90日、さらにその次も同様に使ってください。こうして、あなたのフォーカス領域（場合によっては役割も）が時間とともにどう変化するかという非常に貴重な視点が得られます。

おまけとして、この視覚的な記録は、年次評価の際にあなたと上司が最近の出来事に偏る傾向（recency bias）を避けるのに役立ちます。
