Pair Programming Matrix

Pair programming is a software development method in which two or more developers work together on a single computer. This fosters the distribution of knowledge and reduces the risks of the so-called Truck Factor. With a matrix, this collaboration between developers, as well as results, becomes transparent.
In this board, a Programming Matrix is combined with a Nico Nico Feedback Wall. So the team can see how all the sessions went.
