Create a new Miro board and invite any collaborators you want to create a use case diagram with.

Head to the toolbar to explore Miro’s shapes library. Drag and drop the shapes you need to visualize use cases and actors.

Connect actors and use cases
Head to the toolbar again to use connection lines to visualize the relationships and interactions between use cases and actors.

Add labels and context
You’ll also find text boxes in the toolbar. Add a few of these if you need to label any shapes or lines in your diagram for important descriptions.

There are multiple ways to add shapes to your use case diagram in Miro. Select “Shape” on the toolbar, or press “S” on your keyboard, and grab any shape you’d like. Within the shapes tool, you can also click on “All shapes” to explore Miro’s full list of shapes. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop your own images right onto your Miro board.
