Theodore Zamenopoulos | Most Published Miroverse Creator 🚀
In September, Theodore led the way as our Most Published Miroverse Creator, sharing three new templates with the community. Theodore is a Professor of Citizen-led Design at the Open University. He trained and worked as a professional architect in Greece, and his research and practice today focus on design-led approaches that help citizens and organizations across sectors create place-based innovations in response to societal challenges.

Benjamin di Lorenzo | Most Copied, Viewed & Liked Miroverse Template 🚀
Benjamin di Lorenzo’s Catalyst for AI Use Case Ideation swept three performance categories in September — viewed over 1k times, copied 111 times, and earned the most likes from the community. Benjamin is behind Datentreiber, a data & AI strategy consultancy built around the idea of “Train. Think. Transform.”
The template turns existing strategy material like decks, spreadsheets, and workshop notes into a shared Business Model Canvas, then into concrete, ROI-scored AI use cases, complete with a five-minute Talk Track that walks teams through the whole process end to end. For our Feature AI Workflow this month, we’re spotlighting Kusuma Sukma’s Miro AI Facilitator Sidekick ⚡️ template. Kusuma is a Learning Facilitator at Learnly Society, specializing in building innovative learning-experience design for education technology, with expertise in agile leadership and product innovation.
Built as a companion board with Miro Flows and a Sidekick, the template is a ready-to-run facilitation workspace that turns a rough session goal into a structured agenda – complete with timeboxed activities, built-in prompts and checklists, and a place to capture outputs and reflections so nothing gets lost after the workshop ends.

Our Staff Pick this month is Eugene Chung’s The Team’s AI Context File, a template that walks a team through building a shared file together in about an hour – covering who owns what, how decisions get made, how the team communicates, and which AI guardrails always apply. As a result, every AI tool the team uses starts from the same shared context. Eugene is the founder of Delta Work, a human-AI teamwork consultancy based in Sydney, and a former Team Coach Lead at Atlassian.
He also wrote an article on the thinking behind the workshop, and on why teams need a shared playbook for AI now that everyone already has their own AI tool.
