The Super Epic Collaboration template was design by Innovationist.studio to help teams gather some insights foster purposeful collaboration and improve team dynamics using the metaphor of the Super Heroes and their super powers.

When to use the canvas?

As a team leader, facilitator, or, Agile coach you can use the template to start a structured conversation to understand the key players and elements to build purposeful collaboration in your team or organization. This template gives a taste and sets the stage for the Super Epic game (a game build to foster collaboration).

It can be used:

• At the very start of a project

• As a team on-boarding activity

• During general alignment sessions

How it works:

The template consist of 3 sections:

Setting up the super world: gives background information about purposeful collaboration key players and elements.

Decode Collaboration: helps get a deeper understanding of your team's definition of collaboration, what are the players that can enable purposeful collaboration and how the organizational culture plays a role in collaboration.

Super Insights: gather team insights about who are the most powerful key players & elements that have influence collaboration and what can you do to enhance the powers to encourage purposeful collaboration?
