🎪 Entrez, entrez !

Project manager and career consultant working hands-on across both disciplines. I facilitate retrospectives for cross-functional teams, design processes with clear ownership and built-in accountability, and build career trajectory roadmaps for clients moving into PM, Project Management, and Growth roles. My approach is direct and execution-focused: structural fixes over cosmetic ones, clear ownership on every action item, and artifacts tailored to their audience
