In August, Shruthi led the way as our Most Published Miroverse Creator, sharing six new templates with the community. For our Feature AI Workflow this month, we’re spotlighting Alicia Calderon’s Product Discovery Workflow template. Alicia is Design Strategy Lead at Miyagami, where she oversees discovery and design for client projects.
Built with Sales, PM, Design, and Delivery teams, the template turns a Miro board into a single source of truth across an entire product development lifecycle. Raw discovery sessions and meeting notes feed into Miro Flows, which generate a first-draft Product Brief, Feature Inventory, and eventually a scoped PRD and product diagram, cutting the manual admin out of Discovery without taking the decisions out of the team’s hands.
