Katie Mills-Harvey | Most Published Miroverse Creator 🚀

July’s most published contributor was Katie Mills-Harvey, a Scrum Master at Virgin Media O2 with a gift for turning everyday moments into unforgettable retrospectives. In July alone, she shared 11 new templates with the Miroverse community, adding to an already impressive library of 70 published resources that spans themed retros, team-building activities, and even an AI-accelerated Build-a-Board.

From Jurassic Park to the 2026 Men’s World Cup, Katie has a knack for making reflection something teams actually look forward to. If you haven’t explored her collection yet, it’s well worth a browse.

Great work, Katie!

Sophie Raoul | Most Copied Miroverse Template 🚀

The most copied template of July goes to Sophie Raoul’s Ice Cream Retro, which was copied 55 times. Sophie is an AI & Digital Innovation Lead who describes Miro as the place where she gets to live out her creativity at work, and it shows. Her collection spans themed retrospectives, empathy maps, and user story tools, blending playful formats with genuinely useful UX and product frameworks. The Ice Cream Retro is a perfect example: light-hearted enough to get a team smiling, structured enough to actually work.

Looking forward to more templates coming from you, Sophie!

Iamnbelova | Most Viewed & Liked Miroverse Template 🚀

July’s most viewed and liked template came from a first-time Miroverse publisher. Iamnbelova is a Lead Project Manager and career consultant who facilitates retrospectives for cross-functional teams and designs processes with clear ownership and built-in accountability. Her Workflow Retrospective reflects exactly that philosophy. With over 600 views and 7 likes, it’s a strong debut and a great example of a practitioner sharing what actually works in the field, not just what looks good on a board.

One template published, and already making an impact – keep up the great work!

Daria Rudnik | Feature AI Workflow 🚀

This month’s AI Workflow spotlight goes to Daria Rudnik’s HR Strategy Canvas. The template gives HR and People teams a single board to map current-state priorities against strategic goals, making it easy to spot where processes need to change and where to focus next. It’s a strong example of how Miro AI can accelerate strategic planning work that would otherwise take multiple workshops and rounds of alignment.

Thank you for sharing this one with the community, Daria!
