This workshop combines the MoSCoW canvas, followed by a Ponderation exercise.

The MoSCoW prioritization framework was developed by Dai Clegg while working at Oracle in 1994.
The ponderation exercise allows each talent to rate the feature based on their expertise (User needs, technical feasibility, Business needs...).
