• What are the problems you want to solve for both the business and the users?

• What are the exact changes you want to make? And who are you targeting?

• What is the key metric here? Yes, we all want to drive conversions, trials, and revenue. But what is the actual metric that this experiment is driving? Maybe it's higher engagement that will eventually lead to higher conversions. Or perhaps you'll actually decrease immediate conversions but increase the average dollar size per conversion.

• And remember—document how long things take to run, analyze your A/B test well—and be creative and have fun! 🥼
