이 캔버스는 Living Lab과 이해관계자가 참여하는 프로젝트가 이해관계자 참여를 체계적으로 계획하도록 지원하기 위해 설계되었습니다. 팀이 단순히 이해관계자를 식별하는 것을 넘어서 각 이해관계자가 왜 필요한지, 어떠한 기여를 기대하는지, 얼마나 자주 참여해야 하는지, 그리고 그들에게 참여가 어떠한 가치를 창출하는지를 고민하도록 돕습니다.

이 캔버스는 산업, 정책 입안자, 연구자, 커뮤니티 또는 사용자와 관련된 Living Labs, 공동 창작 프로젝트 및 다중 이해관계자 혁신 프로젝트에 특히 유용합니다. 프로젝트 시작 시 참여 계획을 세우거나, 프로젝트 진행 중 이해관계자 참여를 추적하고 조정하기 위해 다시 사용할 수 있습니다.

이 도구는 Living Labs 방법론(ENoLL)에서 영감을 받았으며, 사중 나선에 걸친 구조적이고 상호 이익이 되는 협력을 지원하기 위해 고안되었습니다. 이 캔버스는 InterRegNW 프로젝트의 일환으로 University of Limerick Living Lab 팀에 의해 개발되었습니다.

Dr Annmarie Ryan is Associate Professor in Marketing at the Kemmy Business School. Her research and teaching practice is concerned with understanding the complexities of the digital world with a focus on the shaping and reshaping of markets. She actively engages in transdisciplinary research and practice, and engages and leads in a range of publicly funded international research projects with a focus on system level change and design of sustainable market forms.
