CEP란 무엇인가요? 이는 구매자가 구매 상황에 직면했을 때 기억을 불러오는 데 사용하는 단서로, 내부 단서(예: 동기, 감정)와 외부 단서(예: 위치, 시간대) 모두를 포함할 수 있으며, 이는 일반적으로 제품, 기능, 혜택 또는 해야 할 일(Job to be Done)이 아닙니다.

이 프레임워크는 Jenni Romaniuk 교수가 제작했으며, Miro 보드로 변형되었습니다. 브레인스토밍을 마친 후에는 선택한 CEP를 바탕으로 고객 설문 조사를 진행해야 합니다.
