The technology is ready. Are your people?

Most AI transformation programmes skip the hardest part. Everyone moves faster — but when AI is a solo experience inside a team problem, silos don't disappear. They multiply. The intent gets lost between the brief and the output. That's not a technology failure. It's a culture one.

On 8 July, Miro opens its Berlin Hub for a deliberately small gathering of senior executives leading AI transformation. No keynote — just honest conversation among people wrestling with the hardest version of this work.

We'll focus on what the conference circuit avoids:

• Why the resistance is rational. Compliance isn't commitment. You can mandate adoption. You can't mandate belief.
