Accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic our way of working (where and how) has evolved. This changing context and the way we experience this is different for every team member. There is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to a way of working. So, it is critical to understand what we're thinking, feeling and use those insights to design a future way of working that works for your team.

The material given here are extracts from an actual workshop that was used internally. It was designed to help our teams to reconnect and provide insights into the experiences of their current work setup. These experiences are then translated into actual learnings. This template is not based on a scientific methodology, but rather a starting point to open the conversation within the team.
