Look past the grand title – and Stakeholder Management boils down to relationship management and communication.

To help energise your Stakeholder Management, the Visual Agile Coach has created a Stakeholder Management Toolkit.

Start with identification of Stakeholders (the Radar), followed by categorisation of Stakeholders (the Decoder) and build actionable insights (the Mirror).

What is Stakeholder Management?

Relationship management of individuals or groups who can impact your work (product, project, team) or who through your work you impact.

Who or what are Stakeholders?

They can be anyone both internal to your organisation (team members, managers, business partners) or external (customers, suppliers, regulators etc.)

Why Stakeholder Management is important?

We’re all in the relationship game, hard worked for success can be lost if we don’t work equally as hard on building strong stakeholder relationships.

Combine the exercises for comprehensive results or use them individually.
