When we work as people in a team, the question of responsibility always arises. Introducing roles can help sharpen responsibilities and accountabilities. We start with the purpose of our team and gather what skills are needed to fulfill it. We create roles around clearly distinguishable responsibilities and also identify their skills. Finally, a Personal Profile allows us to talk about role fit while enabling human growth.
