Sprint Review

Report

This template is designed for Sprint Review meetings with your team, helping you assess the progress of tasks planned at the beginning of the sprint.

Step 1. Divide all the results into four blocks:

  • Completely Failed: Tasks planned but not started.

  • Partially Done: Tasks planned but not completed, with some progress to share.

  • Completed: Tasks successfully executed.

  • Emotions: A retrospective element for sharing feelings. Follow the "What is said stays here" rule, ensuring a safe environment.

Step 2. Everyone takes turns reading their stickers. Each unfinished task must be addressed by answering two key questions:

  • Why couldn't I complete the task? Specify the reasons.

  • What steps will I take to ensure task completion?

Step 3. Positive and encouraging feedback is provided to each team member. In general, this meeting helps create a sense of completion, which is vital for productive work.
