Safety Check

Check whether a group of people feel safe enough to express themselves.

To engage in a constructive meeting or workshop, participants need to feel safe enough to express their thoughts, feelings, ideas, or concerns.

This short activity at the beginning of the meeting allows just that. The group is invited to anonymously give a vote between 1 to 5.

The group can then acknowledge the results and decide what to do next: move forward with the intended meeting? Address the lack of safety?
