Retrospective: The NOFX Edition

This retrospective is inspired by NoFX. Since it's their final tour this summer, and I am a big fan. It's my job to keep retrospectives elite, so I created this one.

How to use this board:

1. Set the stage: Ask participants how they feel today

2. Gather insights: find answers on three questions:

   1. Dinosaurs will die

   2. Sticking in my eye

   3. Medio-core

   4. Lisa & Louise

3. Generate insights: 45 or 46 things that weren't good enough

   1. use voting inside miro

   2. list all items the teams wants to discuss (doesn't have to be 45!)

4. Generate insights: Whate ever didi wants.

   1. Leave it alone: Where should we as a team keep our course?

   2. 180 degrees: Where should we as a team change our course

   3. Wolves in wolves' clothing: What wolves should we circumnavigate?

   4. I'm Telling Tim: What should we communicate more?

5. Decide: Stop start continue

   1. Stop: what should we as a team stop doing

   2. Start: what should we as a team start doing

   3. Continue: what should we as a team continue doing

6. Evaluate this retrospective with a 1, 2, 3, 4,5 ROTI
