Retro: Open The Box

Open the box is a popular and powerful retro format, particularly for looking back on workshops or other activities, and a total favorite at Armakuni. If you want a good-looking version of an effective format, this template is for you. Format from Fun Retros, template by Armakuni.

I like to run this by opening with an ice breaker or a game to warm everyone up (See the Ice breakers category on Miroverse), then use the private mode in Miro to have everyone write down an individual sticky note, then we reveal and deduplicate, and if needed dot vote on the most important. Then we talk about them until we run out of time, coming up with actions for each.

Optionally you can bring the actions from the previous retro and check they actually got done.
