Peaks and Valleys Retro
This retrospective template is designed to guide teams through a reflective process using the "Peaks and Valleys" theme. The aim is to celebrate successes, analyze challenges, and prepare for future endeavors. This structured approach helps teams to acknowledge achievements, learn from obstacles, and strategize for upcoming projects.
How to use this template
For each section:
Set a timer and invite participants to fill out sticky notes based on the prompt. Feel free to use private mode if anonymity is important for your team.
Then, let participants vote on their top choices. You can give participants multiple votes, if desired.
Finally, move the most-voted sticky notes to the "Discussion zone" and ask for volunteers from the group to expand on their responses and open it up for discussion from the group. You can set another timer for this section, if helpful.
