This template is about reviewing options and making a decision
It helps visualize the impact of options across different areas to make it easier to decide. It's also useful for communicating the rationale for decision-making to interested stakeholders.
Step 1
Describe each option.
Step 2
Show the impact in each category per option using a sticky. Select green for positive impacts, amber for neutral, and red for negative. You can change, add or remove categories.
Step 3
Pick the option that has the most green and least red for the most important areas.
