The High-Five-Me Tool is for whenever someone new joins your team, or you want to connect with each other on a deeper level.

Empathy is the base for effective collaboration in teams.

  • In this exercise members of a team or group describe themselves based on 5 areas.

  • This is a tool that can serve you on many levels: use for new team members to introduce themselves as well as get acquainted with the rest of the team’s habits and preferences.

  • Sharing and hearing descriptions of yourself and others contributes to a conversational space which builds empathy and fosters strong bonds.
