OKR Four Square

Initially introduced in the first edition of the book Radical Focus, the Four Square is a simple and visually impactful way to represent a teams goals – their Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) – in context with their short- and longer-range tasks and priorities.

These elements are further balanced by a team’s “Health Metrics,” the things they need to protect to sustain great work over the long-term.
