The I Like, I Wish, I Wonder exercise is a structured way to gather feedback, ideas, and reflections from a group through encouraging open, constructive dialogue.
It invites participants to express their thoughts in three categories: what they appreciate ("I Like"), what they would like to see improved ("I Wish"), and ideas for future possibilities or changes ("I Wonder"). This method encourages forward-thinking and invites creative solutions while maintaining a positive tone.
