Context-Setting Reflection Toolkit
—
—
This template is about using the five reflection areas to explore your team’s current context. It helps you to answer questions and to explore misalignments, tensions, and opportunities.
How to Use the Toolkit
Step 1: Choose a context level – Is this reflection about an individual, a team, or an initiative?
Step 2: Use the five elements to scan – Ask reflective questions in each area.
Step 3: Identify tensions or gaps – Where do you see alignment or misalignment?
Step 4: Act – Decide the actions that can better align your work with your context.
This toolkit is particularly useful for:
· Leadership alignment workshops
· Strategic planning
· Change initiatives
· Product discovery
· Agile retrospectives
· Team onboarding
