New Enterprise pricing: Miro’s adding more AI capabilities to Enterprise licenses at no additional cost

Miro has evolved from a collaborative whiteboard to an Intelligent Canvas to support collaboration in the AI era, and our pricing is evolving to reflect that.

As of August 17th, 2026, we’ve simplified the Miro Enterprise plan to help your teams get the most from Miro. The capabilities teams reach for most, including AI Workflows, Prototypes, and Engage, are now built into the licenses instead of sold as separate add-ons.

For new customers, we’ve made it easier to access Miro’s AI capabilities. For existing customers, you get more with your existing plan, with no change to what you pay and no change to your contract and renewal dates.

Here’s what’s changing, why we’re doing it, and what it means for your organization.

At a glance

What’s changing

  • Launching the Enterprise Accelerate license: Miro’s Enterprise Advanced license becomes Enterprise Accelerate, and it now includes previous add-on products including AI Workflows, Prototypes, and Engage (up to 50 participants).
  • Adding more for all Enterprise customers: Miro’s Enterprise Standard license becomes Enterprise Collaborate and it now includes Table Nesting and Engage (up to 50 participants).

What’s not changing

  • No commercial changes: Pricing, contracts, and renewal dates stay exactly as they are. Nobody loses access to anything they use today, and there’s nothing you need to do for the change itself.
  • Enterprise-grade security: All Enterprise licenses continue to have the security, compliance, and controls enterprises need to connect AI to real work at scale while protecting IP with our Enterprise Guard available as an add-on.

In every case, users get more than they have today for free.

Why we’re making this change

This change represents our core beliefs about how teams get the most from Miro:

  • AI capabilities are more powerful together than as separate tools. AI-assisted workflows, interactive prototypes, and live sessions do more as one connected experience than they ever could as individual purchases.
  • Moving away from à la carte add-ons lets your plan evolve with your organization’s needs, without complicating procurement and administration every time your teams want to try something new.
  • These capabilities are at their best when a whole team uses them together. So, we’re pricing them to put them in front of more of your organization.

Folding these AI capabilities into the licenses is how we act on all three at once.

Enterprise license comparison

Both Enterprise licenses keep everything they have today, but here’s what is changing: The names are new, and each gains capabilities.

Engage and nesting in Tables are now part of every paid license, and the Accelerate license also includes AI Workflows and Prototypes . You can find the full feature-by-feature breakdown and region-specific details in the Help Center.

Self-serve plans

We’re bringing the same “more in the box” thinking to our self-serve plans, too. Prototypes is now included in the Business plan rather than being as a paid add-on, and Engage has graduated from its free beta into the Business plan, with Education getting access to Engage for free. We have also updated the Miro pricing page, so the value in each plan is easier to see at a glance.

Trying Accelerate

Want to see what Accelerate unlocks for your teams? Your account team can set up a 14-day, organization-level trial in your production environment. It switches the full feature set on for every paid user, AI features stay off until an admin enables them, and it expires automatically at the end of the trial, with no cleanup required. To get started, contact Miro sales or your account team.

Where we’re headed

For over 15 years, Miro has been dedicated to transforming team collaboration in response to new technological shifts. Today, we see individuals moving faster with AI, but that speed isn’t translating into scaled impact. Great prompts, context, and workflows stay with individuals instead of becoming repeatable ways of working for teams. Miro’s Intelligent Canvas is designed to be a collaboration layer where teams bring their knowledge, agents, and systems of record together to unify context, align, and turn shared understanding into faster execution and better decisions.

Bringing these new capabilities into the core of every license means the platform gets more capable over time without your procurement getting more complicated. We’re genuinely excited about what this unlocks, and we’ll keep sharing what’s coming.

Thanks, as always, for building with us.
