Zoo Scrum Simulation

Report

This Miro board is a Serious Game built to allow teams of 3 to 9+ people to learn Scrum. It is an effective way for teams new to Scrum to discover the framework while building something tangible. People can experience Scrum in a controlled environment using this simulation.

It is an online variation of the Nexus Zoo published by Mark Noneman and Don McGreal in 2016 on tastycupcakes.org.

I help software companies and their teams get what they want by doing more things with less effort and better quality. I am a CTO, Technical Advisor, Agile Coach and Mentor. I am part of two worlds that create winning conditions - knowing the appropriate steps to succeed and doing them. Over the years, I delivered great products, led tens of teams, and managed multi-million yearly budgets.
