Hello,
do your ways of working need a little dusting? Are you observing some common issues and problems with your scrum teams? This template can help you to start the discussion. Thanks to the fantastic Zombiescrum, I was able to create this template.
HOW TO USE
Think about the issues you observe in your team
provide some points for your team to decide if they are guilty of or not (I have provided examples of what I observed with my teams)
discuss and add a zombie icon to the point your team is guilty of
have a round discussion about the action you can take to prevent the zombie apocalypse
before you leave the meeting, ask everyone to put a zombie or human icon to the last picture, it will show you if there are still some issues you need to tackle next time
have fun :)
And, of course, if you have some other concerns, create your own points and look at Zombiescrum for more inspiration
