What Brings You Joy?

This exercise is aimed at discovering what brings you happiness in the day to day, and how you can create more joy in your life.

Start by compiling 20, or more, things that bring you joy. This could be your first cup of coffee each day, seeing a smile on someone's face, or watching a sunset. Don't overthink it, have fun!

Next, group similar things together and give each group of notes a category name, something that makes sense to you and will be easy to remember. Highlight the ones that you’d like to do more of, and commit to doing one of them this week.

Lastly, Create a reminder to circle back to this list every month, and make space for things that bring you joy in your everyday life.
