In your weekly standups:
Start you weekly standup by getting everyone on the board
Give the squad 5 minutes to fill in their updates, blockers, and questions in first two frames for the current week
Use the topics the team raises as your discussion topics for the rest of the meeting (Tip: use voting plugin if you need help prioritizing topics)
Document agreed action items in the third frame
