Inspired by the WADE Model, this retrospective format allows your team members to better understand what actions are likely to be achievable within the team itself.

For coaches, it allows you to better understand what the team feels is outside their grasp and where external change is required.

This retrospective design makes it simple to facilitate, enjoyable for participants and opens people's eyes to the cause-effect relationship of the bigger system (beyond the team).
