LS W3 Retrospective

Report

A complete Retrospective for Scrum Teams and other groups of up to 16 participants based on the Liberating Structure What, So What, What Now.

It includes the group configuration and steps, instructions... almost everything you can prepare as a facilitator.

Advantages in preparation:

The Retrospective can be prepared up to 80% by the facilitator.

Advantages during:

Once everyone understands the process - the group focuses on the content and quietly moves forward. The facilitator can now concentrate on technical things like webex, timeboxing, helping individual participants, observing the group dynamics and the process.

The group quickly achieves the expected result.

The timebox can be held in most cases.

Advantages after the workshop:

Participants tend to give more specific feedback and sometimes show you what they are talking about on the board.

Please read the Liberating Structure What, So What, What Now website first.

Facilitation instructions are included in a separate frame below each step.

You will also need a breakout group capable conferencing system.

Feedback, Ideas, wishes and Questions very welcome.
