The Miro board is one element of the larger user engagement plan guide available on the EU project website https://sharedmobilityforall.eu/. The user engagement plan is a tool that supports effective planning of co-creation within pilot projects.
The user engagement plan should structure the questions related “why, what, who, when and how” to create a clear and meaningful co-creation approach. It defines the decision-making power of the different stakeholders and provides clear objectives and timelines.
