We've taken 6 individual tools and combined them for greater effect, here's some examples of how:

• The Eisenhower Matrix identifies task types, the Skill Will Matrix helps identify team members perfect for tasks to be delegated or those Urgent / Not Important tasks.

• From Chaos to Calm can take those Urgent and Important tasks (likely chaotic) and turn them into calm.

• Why are some tasks stubbornly chaotic? Try the 4Ws to get to the root cause.

• The Goals Grid will help identify actions, the Eisenhower Matrix can help prioritise them, the Skill Will and the Social Styles will match the right people to the right work.

• Those Avoid or Eliminate tasks from the Goals Grid? Maybe they're chaotic, time consuming and value eroding - or all of the above. The 4Ws and the From Chaos to Calm may help resolve them too.

How to use:

1. Complete 1 of the tools (any one, or more than one)

2. Run your results through another tool - does it help solve the problem or provide some answers?

3. And another, try another match up to explore your team further.

This workshop can focus on just 1 tool or a combination of as many as you want, there's no set answer or combinations.
