Team T-Shirt Size Estimation

What is this template about?

The board is divided into three main parts: (1) check-in, (2) instructions and (3) the feature analysis, (4) t-shirt sizes, and (5) feedback. This template takes the following structure:

1. The check-in and instructions, this section reminds the team what the purpose of the session is and sets expectations for how it will be run.

2. The feature analysis includes the following sections: ideas, risks, questions concerns and assumptions. This is a space for the team to analyse the request.

3. The t-shirt sizes are a chance for the team to think about how long the work might take to complete, the different sizes can be customised for each team.

4. A feedback section is included at the end of this board to encourage open communication about the impact and potential improvements of the session.

This template can be used by any team that wants to estimate their upcoming, as well as keep these estimates up to date and track any concerns/questions etc.

Anyone! It can be adapted for any purpose. We typically use it for estimating new features within the Product Team.
