Instructions:

Necessary time to complete the exercise: 1 hour

Purpose: Enhance collaboration in the team, embrace diversity and collaboration

1. Guide the team members to select from the list of traits the most relevant traits from themselves (1-2 traits for strength, and 1-2 traits for weakness) -5 '

2. After everyone performs the self-evaluation, each person should present themselves and present the reasons why they consider the chosen strengths and weaknesses they selected are relevant for them. The purpose of this step is to allow everyone to speak up, get to know each other better, enhance transparency in the team and encourage your team to be vulnerable in front of the others. This is a very useful exercise to enhance collaboration within the team and embrace diversity - 2-3' per person-25'

3. Use the team picker wheel to randomize people in the group and agree who will be providing feedback for whom. Give 2 -3 min to allow the team members to provide feedback for their colleague. Discuss at team level the feedback. Encourage them to contact the person who provided feedback for them to get more insights-25'

Instructions regarding the use of team picker wheel:

Flagged name- who will receive feedback

Unflagged- who will give feedback

4. Reserve 5' to get feedback from the entire team regarding the exercise.
