Team Bag 💼

The Team Bag Canvas is a short 65 to 75-minute workshop template that is suitable for starting new teams, aligning on a common vision and basic agreements. It is pretty fast and works best on short projects, or when a new member joins the team.

When is the Team Bag Canva used?

It is designed to start group projects smoothly, allow team members to get to know each other, and identify important agreements before starting. It is used to find out the current state of the team's strengths/weaknesses.

How does the Team Bag Canva work?

Team Name

Define a name for the team (5 minutes).

Step 1

Fill your ticket (5 minutes):

• Name

• About you

Step 2

As a team, determine (20 minutes):

• Team agreements

• Team Motto

• Zoom link and password

• Pictures of the team

Step 3

Create your character from the available items (Head, Mouth, Eyes, Headpiece) (20 minutes).

Step 4

Determine your current level in 8 skills, and use the points to determine them on the existing grid. In the end, it will show the strengths/weaknesses of the team in general (20 minutes).
