Kick off your workshop with a flavorful twist – Taco Tuesday, inspired by my recent trip to lovely Mexico City! Immerse your participants in the vibrant flavors of Mexico City Style Tacos as they explore Miro.

Guide them in creating the ultimate tacos! Show how easy it is to assemble by dragging and dropping a variety of tantalizing ingredients onto their digital plates or utilizing copy-paste for seamless layer control.

After a trip to Mexico City, I couldn't resist incorporating authentic elements into our virtual taco fest. The ingredients for this culinary adventure include Al Pastor Meat, Tofu, Potatoes, Steak, Chorizo, Chapulines, Onions, Cilantro, Jalapenos, Habaneros, Tomatoes, Pineapples, Limes, Cheese, Avocado, and a choice of Salsa Verde, Salsa Rojo, or Guacamole.

But the spotlight is on you to build your own Taco Al Pastor! Here's a quick and easy recipe:

Taco Al Pastor Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Al Pastor Meat (pre-marinated if possible)

  • Pineapple slices

  • Corn tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Grill or cook the Al Pastor meat until fully cooked and slightly crispy.

  2. Warm the corn tortillas on a hot griddle or skillet.

  3. Assemble your taco by placing a generous amount of Al Pastor meat on each tortilla.

  4. Top it off with pineapple slices for a sweet and savory balance.

  5. Customize further with your favorite extras like onions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.

Now, back to Miro – set the culinary creativity in motion with a 5-minute timer. Each participant selects a plate and personalizes it with their name. Let the taco-building extravaganza begin!
